My besft friend

So I made Elle and I some little headbands, and she begged me to wear it to church with her today. When I said ok, sure she said mom you my besft friend. It was too cute. I have been having so much fun with this little munchkin doing fun girlie projects!

She loves to paint/ craft and sew with me.

She is just my little best friend:)

She told Daddy she wanted pictures of our matching headbands tonight.

I can't believe she is going to be three years old soon.

Actually I can, she acts like she is going on 14. Today I asked her if she would come clean the play room with me. Her reply " Mom I don't want to, maybe later. but not now."

Yes I am in trouble.

Good thing she is so darn beautiful.

Some fun facts:

She loves her ABC's, and 123's, adding so many words to her vocabulary. Talks all day long and wants to do EVERYTHING herself. She loves telling me her right side from her left. She loves to help clean the house - dragging the broom and mop around:) Pretty much everything Mom is doing she wants to do. but only if SHE initiates it. She asks all day long. can I help mom. can I help mom. over and over and over. you get the point:)

Her favorite treat is gum.

She LOVES primary and all of the primary songs she gets to learn. We sing them every night. My favorite part of the day.

Her favorite part: Playing in her pool:) It can be cold and rainy and she has the hot water on and is out there in her underwear, with her buddies of course:)

She tells me almost once a week that she wants to go to hawaii or go fishing. So she does have some of me in her:) The first part of that statement.

She has started saying prayers for dinner which is the most adorable thing in the whole world to her mommy.

Sure love you Elle, you are just our little nugget of love.

4th of July! Part 1:

We spent the fourth with our buddies the Hustons and Dials at their cabin.

It was a blast! The kids had so much fun, as did the boys, fishing all day long.

While us mommies, well still played mommy, cook, maid, and crafters.

We all had a blast!
