So we have the greatest GRANDMOTHER in all the land... just in case anyone didn't know:)
Yes she took us to Kauai. Man we LOVE her!!
There are soo many reasons and this view is one of them:)
We stayed at the Point at Poipu, where I grew up coming almost every year. It was really cool to bring my kids here and hope to keep the tradition going!

Blake was 8 months old!
And a PERFECT baby. Seriously I am so lucky.
He was just along for the ride smiles in hand.

I flew alone.... very brave I know.
I think they were very excited to get out of the cold because they were angels on the flight over. I am sure because they were so excited to do some of this!
PlAy in the POOL!!!
That was the request we heard from miss Elle all.day.long.
Candid shots of some sisterly love.
Seriously too cool for school. So excited to go to the pool.

Grandma Genny taught Elle how to swim, she really has no fear. By the end of the trip, she was jumping into the pool without mom even looking... note the floaties. I was amazed by how a week in the pool really got her swimming. She had a blast. Any time we ask her what she wants to do she says. Go to hawaii... pease!! We are in trouble!

My little ALOHA~
eAsTeR SuNdAy!!!
The resort had tons of little activities for the kiddos.
My little Easter Bunny.

Coloring.

Face painting. Secretly I really wanted to say no but I couldn't break her heart.
Making her easter bunny bag.

The easter egg hunt, what a hit. She couldn't believe there was candy in them. and SHE got to eat them?? Wow best thing ever. She fell in love with the easter bunny after she found that out:)
Here with her Grammie. And all of her loot!

We went down to Childrens beach a few times. It was perfect for Elle, and grandma went snorkeling!
Here she is sporting her trucker hat. Little girls are really so much fun to dress.

A GROUP PHOTO!
Just coming in from the waves.
SMITH's TROPICAL GARDENS

Oh how I love you:)
Aside from the pool, this was elle's second favorite thing to do.
Feed the birds:)
After they found out how generous she was, they followed us EVERYWHERE.
Mom started itching and thought she contracted swine disease of some-sort and that got us out of there.
Good thing Aunt Danielle wasn't there! HA!

WAILUA FALLS - need I say more!

At Childrens beach, there was a fun park for us to find some shade!
We took a boat ride down the Wailua River to the falls. This was our band that serenaded us on the boat and at the falls. Elle loved them and danced and danced away!
Smiley Blakey!

On the walk to the falls.

I attempted a photo shoot. Even with my nice camera,,, not so successful:) I need to take up another hobby. But I love this one, by far my favorite!

Such a love bug. It's amazing how much love you have for such a pint size thing.
They bring so much happiness!

Me and my little love. She is just the sweetest thing.

Grandma and her great grandson. Yes she is a hot great grandma I must say!
